General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Florida. If any provision is held invalid, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent. Increase Alpha’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. Increase Alpha may assign its rights without notice.
